This striking Necklace showcases 3 Strands of turquoise-colored Imperial Jasper Rondelles. There are five Jaspers that are considered to be fine Jaspers and Imperial is one of them. The stone is found on the east side of a steep canyon about 50 miles northwest of Guadalajara, Mexico, where a 3-1/2 mile area yields Imperial Jasper in several colors. Our Imperial Jasper Rondelles are 6mm in diameter, and are a beautiful turquoise blue with brown and cream matrix. We've paired the Jasper with 4mm light blue faceted Czechoslovakia glass, and 2mm brown Olive Shell Heishi. The Heishi is placed between each Jasper Rondelle, adding dimension and enhancing visibility of the Jasper stones. The Rondelles are highlighted by six 11-by-12mm Sterling Silver Leaf Charms paired with blue faceted glass, which flutter gracefully among the Necklace strands. The Jasper is further complemented by six 8mm Sterling Silver Bench-made Rounds, which are polished to a bright sheen. The Necklace is finished with Sterling Silver Rounds and a Sterling Toggle Clasp and adorned with a Southwest Designs Sterling Charm. The piece weighs 84 grams and the 3 Necklace strands range in length from 21-1/2 inches to 23-1/4 inches.
